C2M Professional Development Program is designed to assist business owners, executives, career professionals, and the general public with technical and soft-skill development to support efficient operations and customer retention for organizations of all types. 

Program participants can earn up to 25 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and will be able to do the following upon completion:

• Create and manage robust systems of operations
• Create and manage policies and contracts
• Create, implement, and manage full-cycle customer service and retention programs
• Use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently and collaboratively 

Courses are delivered in a live virtual format and offered during evening hours, to accommodate work schedules, etc.  Please see Course Schedules above for full course details and pricing.
